IT Specialist (f/m/d) German / English

 

Your IT Specialist to-do list:

  • Problem identification, qualification, documentation, transfer as part of front desk support for end users of the customer by telephone, PM tool, database, fax, mail, etc.
  • Support in German and English for printers, Windows platform (e.g. Windows 7/ 8/ 10) with standard software (e.g. Microsoft Office, Outlook etc.) as well as customer-specific applications
  • Solution and containment of incoming problem reports with the help and support of the knowledgebase and tools
  • Forwarding of the problem message to downstream units
  • Handling of administrative tasks
  • Processing of escalations
  • Problem tracking and securing of Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

This is what we want from you: You...

  • have professional experience in the Service Desk or in a comparable position or a completed apprenticeship in the IT environment (e.g. IT specialist, IT system electronics technician, IT specialist) or alternatively professional experience in a comparable position
  • have good knowledge of hardware and software (e.g. Windows, MS Office, Lotus Notes, MS Outlook, Internet Explorer, etc.)
  • have good to very good English skills
  • ideally have knowledge of LAN/WAN networks (TCP/IP)
  • enjoy working in a team, are stress-resistant and service-oriented
  • are communicative and enjoy working on the phone
  • want to work alternating with your new colleagues in 24/7 shifts
